Chat Response Time

• Issue: Our system prioritizes response quality over speed, avoiding strict limits on individual requests and balancing performance at the system level. Each chat query scans thousands of tweets, evaluating direct connections (mentions, analytics, quantum data) and indirect context (major follow-ups, tech news relevant to specific projects, etc.), then processes this through 2–5 layers of AI analysis, including fine-tuned models for deep insights.

• Impact: Responses typically take about 10 seconds, but complex queries with rich data may extend to 30–40 seconds. While we process dozens of requests per second, our data-stream capacity faces constraints, which we are expanding and optimizing weekly.

• For Traders: This delay may occasionally slow decision-making during rapid market movements. We recommend planning trades with this latency in mind, especially during peak activity, and checking our platform’s status updates for improvements.
